RJM Windows provides consulting, sales, and installation services for windows, doors, and closure systems. Prices and technical specifications are communicated in individual quotes and are valid for the specified period.
The Client is obliged to provide correct information for the preparation of the quote and to ensure safe access to the installation site. RJM Windows undertakes to perform the services in accordance with professional standards and contractual specifications.
Our liability is limited to the contract value for the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect damages or consequences of unsuitable installation conditions provided by the client. The warranty covers material and workmanship defects, according to the technical documentation.
Payment is made according to the schedule established in the contract. Quotes are free of charge. Cancellation of an order after confirmation may involve cancellation costs, depending on the project stage. Complete details are provided in the individual contract.
We reserve the right to update these terms. Changes will be communicated and will take effect upon publication on the site. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance. The contract can be terminated by both parties under the conditions stipulated in the contractual document.
